We are a woman–owned, local business that for more than a decade has served the building and design needs of the Puget Sound Region.
Gary comes from a background of construction, with almost every member of his extended family in some part of the building industry. He keeps in touch with his German roots by bringing the best of European building practices over to the PNW. With over 40 years in construction himself, covering everything from tile work to framing to heavy machine operating, he has a handle on every aspect of the project. Providing a superior product at a reasonable price with honesty and uncompromising quality is his goal.

Scott and Gary are lifelong friends and he has been with the company from the very beginning. He brings a great work ethic to every project and knows all the tricks of the trade to keep your job site running smoothly and safely. He treats every project with the same care and attention to detail as if it were his own.
Septic & Dirt Work Specialist
Cory has been doing septic for over 20 years and is our certified and licensed expert at both installation and repairs. He also has extensive experience in excavation, site preparation, road construction, utilities, and is our resident heavy equipment operator. It’s rare to see him without a smile on his face.
Curt has over 35 years in the construction industry and is a certified in construction technology with emphasis in green building technology and building science method. He has been remodeling and restoration since he was the ripe age of twelve so he knows his business. In his spare time he builds custom furniture.
Shelley has owned and run her own businesses for over 40 years and has accumulated extensive experience in business management. She’s fluent in shorthand and Ibese. Shelly manages accounts receivable and schedules all the appointments in the office. She handles and organizes the vast amounts of paperwork that accompanies each project.
He is the production design team for every home show, but during the rest of the year he’s our official shipping and receiving department. He has over 40 years of experience in customer service.
